One Breath

We are but one breath from death and so should seize life in both hands and live fully in the only moment we have for certain; right now.

How easy it is to get fixated on what are really inconveniences and so structure our lives around our problems. What a box to live in. Our walls are defined by our problems, our ceiling by our lack of perspective, and our floor by our depths of despair.

We can't escape our box unless we realize that our future is always a field of possibilities not certainties and is limited only by us. It is our courage and our hopes that are the driving force for change when we seize on what is possible rather than what we restrict our choices to.

Remember we are only one breath away so choose with courage.

I'm going to make the most of every moment I have left Peter. There are a few little bumps in the road now and then, but my life is pretty wonderful in spite of the ups and downs. You have this right Peter. You have it so very right. Have a great evening. :)

We all need to make the best of what we have right now because the only certain thing is change. Good add Sandee :)

It takes a great deal of courage to do this and wisdom as well, Peter.
