Most people have opinions on almost every subject we can think of and are prepared to tell anyone who asks what they are. Nothing wrong with this unless someone is looking for help on making an important decision or change in their life. What that person is really looking for is an informed opinion otherwise known as experience.
So how can we discover whether or not we are getting an informed opinion?
By using the skill of asking better questions. Instead of asking a person what they think about something we would ask do they have any experience with whatever we are interested in. In essence; does their resume have the skills to answer our need.

Everyone have their own opinion, if everyone shares the same opinion. Then, there would not be any demonstration which is happening even now all over the world. We must also put in consideration that every aspect that happens or experience in one's past is unique and their experience might not be suitable for us.

In every discussion every person believes that it is him, only him and exactly him is solely the only one, who is right. And his oponent thinks just the same. In most cases people just cannot open their shells to the view from the outside.

Good point. Everyone seems to have an opinion on things, even if they don't have any experience in the matter. For example, I now spend half of my time in Thailand because it's a beautiful country, and everyone back here in Canada has these pre-concieved notions about the country even though they're never been there and EXPERIENCED it themselves. Without experience of their own, people really have no idea what they're talking about IMO.
Critical thinking is near absent in today's society - after all, dissension, the greatest form of patriotism, is being frowned upon.
Definitely, at times, questions are not answerable based on the context, but sometimes it is the person asked to give an answer that is incapable of doing so. As I mentioned with critical thinking, reality itself is a relapsing entity, resurfacing with fantasized evaluations and expectations. Sometimes, some questions don't need to be asked. Sometimes, some questions already have an answer, but that answer doesn't suffice the truth-seeker's desire. Sometimes, some questions just don't make sense. In my personal experience though, in most cases, the more elaborate and expanded an inquiry is, the more broad the answer will be - but adding specifications and preferably, facts and proper information, can lead to a more defined answer. So, the form of how a question is asked will lead way to what form the answer is given.
I have to agree, I only recently came across this blog and enjoy the discussions brought forth.

Every person has their own opinion and taking opinion from that person who are having experience in that is good. Because my point of view he will give you rich opinion.
I love the fact that people have opinions that may differ from mine. What I like the most is when people aren't afraid to tell me theres as opposed to telling me what they think I might want to hear.

Nice article. Yes, it's always good to share your opinions with others to enhance communication and understanding.
Sometimes experience can jade a person and the advice they offer may be one-sided or very biased. My personal choice is to get advice both from folks who have had a similar experience and also from others who may have a completely different perspective by not having experienced the situation at all. I just find it helps to get both sides of the experience scale. Of course, it's usually the "experienced" person who has the best advice but I have used advice from inexperienced people that made more sense.
Everyone has their own opinion. But we should share our opinion with others. It can be helpful for others and can solve any one's problem. Nice post. Keep it up update.

Its true when you say that everyone has opinions, this is how unique we all are as individuals, we all have different minds, different thinking patterns, this is why its always hard to agree to some opinions, and people make their own opinions, this how people learn,, everyone learns from each other, from different opinions, you get answers to more than one thing, if everyone was to think positive and give great opinions the world really would be a better place...great post!

Opinions are often based on personal experiences. If you try to probe anyone too much, they may not co-operate at all. I think the better way is to gather opinions from an diffrent sources and persons.

Getting the opinion of other people is very important because it will give you an insight about the issue at hand however at the end of the day you should also start to realize that it is your opinion that would matter to you.

There are two points here:
1. The quality of the person who give the advice
2. The quality of the advice it selves
I would say that there are the cases when these two are not in proportional connection. So we can get a good advice form person who is not so good in the concrete topic, but just have a luck!
So the question is: Do we care for the person and him/ her qualities, or we care more about the result of the advice we'll have?

If you search wrong things then you will never get the right thinks. For right things you need to search for the same. There may be different opinion for each individual.
Experienced people are more wiser and can give us a more solid advice. On the other hand, asking questions is also a smart way of trying to find out the potential and expertise of a candidate appearing for job interviews.

It is better to ask people their experience on a particular subject we are interested in, rather than asking for their opinion so you will not get a misleading opinion and end up in regrets. No wonder they say experience is the best teacher.
