If the pain becomes our "constant companion", it may lead us to stress and depression. Yet, pain is indeed essential element of our lives for it indicate to us whether anything has gone wrong. <BR/><BR/>And, come to think about it, staying away from pain may not be the best strategy - esp. when pain could be exaggerated - we can give up great opportunities if staying from pain is our top priority.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
